What this site is
Today the site is one landing page and one live demo. The app itself is in development; the first accounts open by invitation. The demo shows a fictional family and made-up data. Photos are illustrative, not case participants. Nothing on this site is legal advice.
Information you give us
The pilot form. When you request an invite, we store the email address you enter, the time, and a one-way hash of your connection address that we use only to detect abuse. We use the email address to contact you about the pilot and for nothing else. We do not sell it or share it with third parties for their marketing. It is kept until the pilot closes or you ask us to remove it, whichever comes first.
The live demo
The demo runs in your browser. It remembers its own state (what you clicked, which day you picked) in your browser storage on your device; nothing you do in the demo is sent to us. Two optional features use your device: hand mode asks for your camera and voice mode asks for your microphone, each only when you turn it on. Hand tracking runs in your browser; the tracking model file is downloaded from Google servers. Voice mode uses your browser built-in speech recognition, which in some browsers (for example Chrome) sends audio to the browser maker to transcribe it, under that company privacy policy. We never receive or store your camera or microphone data.
Information collected automatically
Security. The site uses security tooling that logs requests, including IP addresses, to detect and block malicious traffic. Those logs rotate automatically on a short schedule.
Fonts. The pages load their typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser requests those files from Google, which can see your IP address, under Google privacy policy.
Analytics. We do not run visitor analytics on this site today. If that changes, this policy will say so.
Cookies. The site uses a small number of cookies for performance (caching) and security. You can block cookies in your browser; the pages still work.
How long we keep information
Pilot requests: until the pilot closes or you ask us to remove yours. Security logs: rotated automatically. Demo state: on your own device, until you clear your browser storage.
Your rights
You may ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email services@houseofkartheiser.company and we will respond. If you are in a region with specific privacy rights (GDPR, CCPA, or similar), those rights apply to the data described above, and the same email is the way to exercise them.
Children
This site is for parents, attorneys and county partners. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with an updated effective date.
